About me

Since I left school I have dedicated my life to joinery I started off my journey at south Lanarkshire college where I got accepted to study city and guilds bench joinery, I completed levels one - three and after my course the college approached me asking if I’d like to interview to become one of their apprentices. From this apprenticeship I got to understand to much to do with my trade, this allowed me to have a better understanding of regulations etc. during my apprenticeship I won apprentice of the year two years running. As an additional qualification I studied for my advanced craft in my third year of my apprenticeship, this is the highest qualification that you can get within joinery I gained a distinction, after I passed my advanced craft I moved onto studying a HNC in construction management at nights, this allowed me to get a better understanding of construction as a whole. I gained an A in this. To finish off my apprenticeship I had to complete a skills test where you have to demonstrate that you have the skills required to become a joiner. I passed this with flying colours at A 100% pass mark

I will undertake all aspects of joinery no job too big or too small
